In 2023, my mate Terence and I put in $15,000 each and leased one apartment in Melbourne. It was booked within an hour of going live. Today we run 83 short-stay properties with a team of 25.

These days I run most of our live coaching calls, and I post portfolio tours and listing reviews most weeks on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.

Hi, I’m Jordan. I want to change how Australians think about property.

I got a 97.95 ATAR, started biomedical science because it was the safe path, and dropped out after a year. At 19, I lost $15,000 on crypto overnight. The money hurt, but what really got me was realising I’d been chasing quick money with no skills and no direction.

Then I found a video about Airbnb arbitrage in America. I rang Terence that night: “What if we tried this in Melbourne?” About three weeks of dialling agents later, we had our first lease.

Here’s what I believe now. Cashflow is real. Capital growth is a religion. Door count is vanity, and profit per door is the scoreboard.
